CCS 3000 System Setting of Clock
Description

Date/Time

The Set Date/Time display allows the user to set the CCS date and time. This should be done before any chamber operations are initiated from the CCS‐3000 display system. All data files, as well as other functions in the system, require Click "Full Description" below for more info.

CCS 3000 System Screen Saver
Description

Recommendation

The display life is 30,000 hours (approx 3.5 yrs) under normal conditions and is typical for HMI devices of this type. It is recommended to use the Screen Saver function to maximize screen life beyond the 3.5yr life span.
