Standard Service Capabilities
ES has established Regional Service Centers to enable us to provide the best possible service to our customers in each major geographical region. These regional centers have Service personnel dedicated to meeting the service needs for that area and if needed, any area where our equipment is located. ES currently has 17 full time technicians nationwide. Our current Regional Service centers are the South East, North East, Mid West and California. Whenever possible, Warranty Service is handled using our own local ES Service Technicians who are familiar with your equipment. Our technicians are on call to respond to your emergency service needs. ES can respond to an emergency need within 8 hours to most locations. Non-Emergency service calls average response time is within 24 hours. ES trains and authorizes third party service groups to perform warranty repair when required.
ES understands the criticality of your equipment and has a 24 hour Emergency Service Hotline. Our professional staff includes full-time Technical Support, Parts Representative and two Service Coordinators. Our experienced service technicians are cGMP trained and have comprehensive training records. Our Validation Technicians also perform Preventive Maintenance, Calibrations, Retrofits and repairs. This allows us to provide a truly unique “one-stop” service solution. ES services not only ES equipment, but a wide variety of equipment and systems by other manufacturers. Internal SOPs are utilized and can be tailored to specific equipment when required.
